These terms cover your Things To Do Locally account and your use of the sites in our network. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Age requirement

Our sites are for adults. You must be at least 19 years old to use them or to have an account. By using our sites, you confirm that you are 19 or older.

Your account

• One account works on every site in the network.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password and email account secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend an account that is used to abuse our sites or other people.

Using our sites

• Use the sites for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not interfere with the sites, or access them with automated tools without our permission.

Event information

Events are listed from their organizers' own announcements. Details can change, so check with the organizer before you go. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for events run by others.

Content

The design, text and logos of our sites belong to us or are used with permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Our sites and accounts are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of them, from event information, or from third-party sites we link to.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using your account after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
